Our COVID-19 Safety Protocols

At Evolve, the safety & wellness of you & our team is our number one priority!

WE ARE COMPLETELY OPEN FOR IN-CLINIC APPOINTMENTS!

At Evolve, we will always strictly abide by the guidelines and recommendations dictated by the Alberta Government as well as our various regulatory bodies during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

If you have any questions about our COVID-19 Safety Procedures, please call us at (403) 474-7792 and we will be happy to answer any questions!

Below is our COVID-19 Safety Plan that we are currently running in our 5th and 8th Avenue clinics.
  • When you visit Evolve, you will be required to wear a face mask covering at all times in accordance with Calgary City By-Laws.
  • We request all patients provide their own facial coverings and wear them at all times within our clinics.
  • Please do not show up to your appointment any more than 5 minutes early. This will avoid and minimize person-to-person contact.
  • Our team members and all administration staff will be wearing masks and gloves at all times or when required.
  • We have revised our appointment schedule to minimize the number of people in our clinics at any time.
  • Our clinics will follow all Infection Protection and Control Policies as laid out by our regulatory and civic bodies.
  • We have installed sneeze guards at both clinic’s reception counters.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at both clinics immediately upon entry.
  • We thoroughly sanitize each treatment room after patients have completed their appointments.
  • We thoroughly sanitize all areas of our clinics including washrooms, door handles, pens, countertops, and all public areas.
  • When patients visit our clinic, they are required to complete a COVID-19 patient screening assessment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone exhibiting potential symptoms.
  • Our team will practice social distancing procedures at all times.
  • Our team is screened daily and if any symptoms are shown will be required to stay home.
  • We use floor markings to control the flow of traffic through our clinics to minimize interactions.
  • Our waiting areas are socially distanced with minimal seating and items such as magazines have been removed.
