Originally from the prairies, Dr. Kate completed her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan. Her passion for health care and fitness drove her to study at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Kate is committed to holistic, evidence-based care for her patients through a comprehensive understanding of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Her approach empowers patients, making them advocates in their health journey. She supports them by offering a variety of chiropractic techniques including, manual adjustments, drop table, instrument assisted techniques, and functional dry needling and is certified in medical acupuncture. She provides educational guidance targeting pain relief, injury prevention, and enjoyment of daily activities across all life stages. She furthered her expertise by gaining Webster certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) as she has an interest in pregnancy and pediatric care.
Outside of the clinic, Kate maintains an active, balanced lifestyle and enjoys running, swimming and biking. She also loves to travel and when she’s not in the clinic you can find her spending time with friends and family.
